Dear friends and colleagues,
I would like to introduce you to my recent works.

7. הוגו בטאואר ו"עיר ללא יהודים." עיתון 77, 16 בינואר 2024, גיליון 434, עמוד 32.
This Hebrew publication deals with events that took place about 100 years ago in Austria. The story, called here "A City Without Jews," refers to the activities and writings of a prominent writer of Jewish origin, Hugo Bettauer, who was murdered by the Nazis in Vienna long before the Nazis came to power in Germany. Whoever reads this essay will realize how relevant this story is today. Since this article will not be available to readers until the next issue of the magazine, I am attaching the text in Word.
8. Jewish Biography: Gabriel Riesser, Germany's First Jewish Judge. San Diego Jewish World, January 22, 2024.
I offer you an essay on Europe's first Jewish judge, Gabriel Riesser, a prominent German statesman in the 19th century.
9. Who is Casting Pearls Before Swine in the Middle East? American Thinker, January 23, 2024.
This article also deals with the events of the war Israel is now fighting, which some of our country's allies see differently than I do.
10.
Napoleon and the Jews. San Diego Jewish World, January 29, 2024.
https://www.sdjewishworld.com/
The enclosed historical essay continues the unique study of one important page in the life of Napoleon Bonaparte begun by the famous French writer Guy de Maupassant. However, Maupassant was not interested in the Jewish page in the Emperor's life. Although he read it, he naturally did not give importance to the Jewish aspect in the beginning of Napoleon's life. In this essay I describe Napoleon's attitude towards the Jews and the attitude of the Jews towards Napoleon. Here I also briefly describe some important episodes in the history of French Jews. This essay is about the unusual subject of Napoleon's interaction with the Jewish people and even with Jewish history. Napoleon played a prominent role in Jewish history, especially in the lives of French Jews. This publication is an abridged version of the original article previously published in French.
All the best,
Alex.
