Neither Iran nor any other party has signed the 'Iran Deal.' That means there is no formal agreement. That means nothing bars Iran's race to nuclear weapons.
On Sept. 18, Cong. Mike Pompeo (R-KS-04) sent a letter to Secretary of State John Kerry. In that letter Pompeo informed the Secretary that while reviewing the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (Nuclear Iran Deal), he noted that there are no signatures on the so-called final Agreement.
Pompeo asked Kerry to provide a copy of the JCPOA with signatures and signing authority, so that members of Congress and the rest of the American people know that the parties to the agreement have “confirmed each country’s commitment to the agreement” and that “makes clear precisely who the parties to the agreement are and the authority under which that nation entered into the agreement.”
International affairs scholar and Iran expert Michael Ledeen pointed out more than two months ago that Iran’s Ayatollah Khameini would not allow his country to sign the JCPOA. Ledeen’s point then, and today, is that the desperation exhibited by the Obama administration made clear to the Iranian leader that “there is no reason for him to approve a hated deal with the devil. It’s much better to keep talking until all the sanctions are gone, and Iran’s ‘right’ to pursue its nuclear projects is fully recognized.”
“It’s a verbal agreement. It means the diplomats meeting in Vienna thought it was a good agreement, but that is all. It is not enforceable” Ledeen said.
He could not think of any other major international agreement, certainly not any of the portentous nature of the Iran Deal, where lawmakers moved forward to begin implementation without having a signed agreement in place.
“Anyone who has read in the media that the ‘Iran Deal’ was signed has to now know they were lied to, it has not happened.”

As a social interaction rule, I do not talk as an ‘adult’ to hateful and abusive idiots. I talk to them as to a ‘child’ or not at all, there is no need to waste time! Our enemies - Arab states, Iran, Turkey, Egypt, as well as traditional European anti-Semites and even the ones who occupy the White House - hate to see a sovereign Jewish state in the Middle East. Therefore, the only plausible option for the Israeli government is to ignore those Jew-hating bigots and pursue our own Jewish national aspirations!
Real Apartheid: PA-Controlled Areas are Jew-Free!
An IDF Spokesman reminded Jews not to stray into areas of the Biblical heartland that are under Palestinian Authority (PA) control - for fear of being murdered. Entering these areas – known as Areas A in the Oslo Accords – is against the law, the Spokesman's Unit said. "An order signed by the Head of Central Command forbids Israeli citizens' entry into areas A,” the Spokesman added. “We note that these areas are marked by a red sign that warns against danger to life.” (What would be the international reaction if Israel-controlled land was Arab-free?)
Israel will pay damages to the church where Christians believe Jesus performed the miracle of loaves and fishes, after an arson attack by suspected Jewish extremists, the justice ministry said. (By paying compensation anti-Zionist lefties idiots, who have infested Israel’s justice system, are admitting guilt, but there is no proof that Jews cause this fire! Often Arabs do it as part of anti-Israel propaganda.)
There were a number of violent incidents in northern Israel over Yom Kippur, primarily involving Arabs targeting Jewish Israelis with rocks and blocking roads with boulders. In addition, unknown assailants set a mattress on fire near a residential building in the holy city of Tsfat. (There is no difference between Arabs in Israel and ‘territories’. They are united by common hate for Jewish state! These attacks against Jews by Israeli Arabs during Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar, is irrefutable proof.)
The United Nations is criticised for handing Saudi Arabia a key human rights role - despite the country having “arguably the worst record in the world” on freedoms for women, minorities and dissidents. Mr. Trad, Saudi Arabia’s ambassador at the UN in Geneva, was elected as chair of a panel of independent experts on the UN Human Rights Council. The HRC, the UN body responsible for promoting human rights around the world, has long been the subject of criticism for granting membership to countries with dubious human rights records. (What a joke! ‘Ugly Nothing’ will never change.)
An Arab Israeli, university graduate and mother of five, has been accused of trying to join Islamic State while trying to enter Syria from Turkey last month. Ayman Kanjou, 44, from Shefa-'Amr, was arrested by the Shin Bet with the assistance of Northern District Police's central unit.
Arab Christian schools in Israel have been conducting a strike since the start of the school year, claiming that they have been suffering from discrimination and demanding more funding. However, an investigation reveals that a large number of the Arab Christian schools are openly supportive of the Palestinian Authority (PA) and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) terror group in their struggle against Israel and holding ceremonies with the anthem "Palestine" blaring, and performing skits while wrapped in the PLO flag. (Let the PA or Jew-hating ‘Ugly Nazi’ finance education of the anti-Israel bigots!)
The Egyptian army has begun to pump water from the Mediterranean Sea into underground smuggling tunnels connecting Sinai with the besieged Gaza Strip. The government in Cairo last year began to destroy hundreds of homes on the Egyptian side of Rafah, which straddles both Sinai and Gaza. The tunnels to Gaza are used to smuggle both goods, such as clothing and other products, as well as weapons. (This ‘barbaric action’ is not reported by most international news networks - anything goes, as long as it is not done by Israel!)
Steven Howitt, a US state representative, wants Massachusetts to divest its pension fund from companies that boycott Israel.
Mahmoud al-Zahar, a member of the Hamas politburo and a senior official in the terrorist organization, threatened violence against the PA despite the unity agreement between the two groups sealed last April. Al-Zahar slammed the PA for not openly conducting attacks against Israel. That call came just hours before three rockets were fired from Gaza, prompting an Israeli airstrike on a Hamas base in response.
In Mecca Muslim pilgrims are paying $7,000-per-night for a makeshift room. It is a plain, two-by-two-metre room in a porta-cabin dug into the sand and fitted with two beds and a small cabinet - with a price tag of $3,500 for each person a night.
India has accelerated plans to buy drones from Israel that can be armed, allowing the military to carry out strikes overseas with less risk to personnel. India has already deployed Israeli unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) along the rugged mountains of Kashmir for surveillance, as well as on the disputed border with China where the two armies have faced off against each other.
Jordan’s King Abdullah II is refusing to meet with, or even speak to, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the current upsurge in tension relating to the Temple Mount. Last year, during similar unrest in Jerusalem's Holy Basin, Jordan recalled its ambassador to Israel. King Abdullah has stepped up its rhetoric recently, saying that unless Israel changes course, its bilateral relations with Jordan will be damaged.(Arabs attack Jews and commit terror acts, but Israel is to blame? The reasons why Jordan and Egypt have signed peace agreements with Israel are to obtain US cash and wait for another opportunity to destroy Israel!)
Quote of the Week:
"I think that there are many common challenges that we face (Israel and Europeans), and in this regard I find it perplexing that some in Europe are still possessed by the anti-Israeli obsession. Nothing is happening, (while) hundreds of thousands are being slaughtered in the Middle East, millions are being displaced, but some in Europe believe the only thing they have to do is to press, boycott and vilify the Middle East's only true democracy, Israel, the only vanguard of liberty, the only country where human rights are respected, where there is a free press and where the values that we share with Europe serve as our map and our compass and our way of life." - Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu

The city of Sderot called on the Israeli government to respond to the rocket attack on the city earlier in the evening.
"The residents of the city are not guinea pigs. They have the right to lives that are quiet and safe. There is a pattern of activity designed to harm residents, especially at sensitive times like the holidays,” said the municipality.
“It’s time to extract a heavy price from Hamas, which is responsible for the goings on in Gaza, and make them think twice before they fire Kassams at us,” it added.
The rocket, fired by Gaza terrorists shortly before 9:00 p.m. on Friday evening, exploded near a home in the city, causing damage to the home and a parked bus.
There were no physical injuries but some people reportedly were treated for shock.
Friday’s attack marked the first time since the Operation Protective Edge in the summer of 2014 that a Gaza rocket landed inside Sderot.
However, Friday’s attack is the latest in a series of rocket attacks from Gaza, though quite a few of them have missed the mark and actually landed in Gazan territory. In one incident two weeks ago, PA-based media reported that one rocket exploded in the vicinity of a Gaza home, causing casualties.
Earlier on Friday, Yisrael Beytenu chairman MK Avigdor Liberman placed the blame on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for the rocket attack.
“There is no deterrence against terror in Jerusalem, there is no deterrence against the rockets from Gaza, there is no security for Israelis, there is no Prime Minister in Israel!” he wrote on Facebook.
Children were killed by Hamas on the Gaza Beach to set up a propaganda attack against the IDF and the media played along with this travesty. The White House and the State Department have been notified that the Gaza beach incident was staged by Hamas.
This distribution is intended to notify members of the media and certain human rights organizations to make them aware of this Hamas cynical exploitation of children and to give them the opportunity to review the situation and to publicly retract their rush to (false) judgment of Israel and the IDF.
This staging was very similar to the Al-Durah hoax. The world media and the US State Department were quick to unjustly and willingly, without any hard evidence, condemn Israel.(Unfortunately, not the first time, a weak Israeli government took the blame, knowing that the killing was perpetrated and facilitated by Hamas. At the same time, barking international anti-Semitic ‘dogs’, diplomats and members of the press, do not care about truth!)
