EDUCATING THE NEXT GENERATION I was touched to receive photos from a high school play about Operation Wedding, inspired from the  film's trailer. Thank you teacher, Meira Omer and the Yemin Orde Youth Villagein Carmel, Israel.​ I hope this program will inspire more educators to expose the next generation to the Soviet Jewry struggle which is one of the most significant chapters of Jewish history in the 20th century. This should be part of the formal education system, and hopefully some day it will. ​​​​​​​Award #9 (but who's counting?) Operation Wedding had won BEST FEATURE DOCUMENTARY for January 2018 at Miami Independent Film Festival! The festival will present the winning films in June 2019. ​​

Operation Wedding was chosen as Documentary of the Month at the Danish Film Institute, February 2018! י Operation Wedding was chosen as Film Festival Finale at Ogeechee International History Film Festival in Georgia USA this month. י
