Daniel Holden, Principal, Holden Capital

Dan Holden is the founding partner of Holden Capital, which provides property developers with funding to complete their projects. It provides funds from banks, hedge funds and family office investors and via its own investment fund it manages. Last year the firm settled $340mil across 86 loans which built 58 new projects, delivering over $500mil of new projects around the country.

Dan was awarded #34 of top 100 Australia young entrepreneurs, his company was ranked #34 in BRW fast 100 companies, and he has been voted #1 commercial mortgage broker in Australia 3 years running. He has 18 staff across 4 offices in Bne, Syd, Mel and Hong Kong.

Vu Tran, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer, GO1
