Abbas believes that he can enjoy all the benefits of the Oslo Accords (which is legally obsolete already), while abandoning his obligations speaks volumes.
Mahmoud Abbas's incendiary speech at the UN Wednesday night has been attacked as incitement by some Israeli officials, and derided as "more empty threats" by others.
But one international legal expert says it's more an illustration of the way in which Israel has allowed itself to be taken for a ride in successive rounds of negotiations and one-sided deals with the Palestinians.
During the speech Abbas dropped his much-hyped "bombshell" announcement: that the Palestinian Authority no longer considers itself bound by the 1994 Oslo Accords, and would henceforth pursue its claims unilaterally via all possible avenues.
"It shows the suckers game of peace process for Israel," said Professor Eugene Kontorovich.
"From Oslo, the Palestinians got their own government, territory under their control, a place at the UN, legitimacy - and then unilaterally cancelled all their obligations without givingIsrael anything," he noted.
Indeed, it was only due to the Oslo Accords that Abbas's Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) was taken off the international terrorist blacklist and recognized as a legitimate political entity. (Abbas has just declared war against Israel! Will Bibi dismiss it lightly, as usual, or will Israel end this idiotic game, as it should have long time ago?)
Israel is Legalizing Old and New Settlements
Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon has reportedly decided to expand the West Bank settlement bloc of Gush Etzion south of Jerusalem to include a compound Israelis hope to turn into a new settlement. The Etzion Bloc would be the latest in a series of settlement authorizations planned by Israel. On Wednesday the Attorney General’s Office had informedIsrael’s High Court of the government’s intention to legalize the unauthorized West Bank settler outpost of Adei Ad, located in the Shiloh area north of Ramallah. Three other illegal outposts in the area will also be retroactively made into permitted settlements, according to Israeli daily Haaretz. Settlements are legal under Israeli law. (No need to care about the opinion of the anti-Semitic international community.Although, annunciation of the Jewish land would be a stronger message to idiotic enemy!)
Eitam and Na'ama Henkin, were killed in a drive-by shooting attack and their four children aged 9, 7, 4 and 4 months were injured. Children were rescued from the family car under heavy Palestinian fire.
Fatah: We Murdered the Israeli Couple
The "armed wing" of PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah faction claimed responsibility for brutal murder of a young couple right in front of their four children. Senior Fatah official Mahmoud Al-Aloul, a member of the Fatah Central Committee, have announced responsibility on Facebook for the murder of Rabbi Eitam and Naama Henkin. (The attack was planned in advance in support of Abbas’s speech in the UN!)
When is Enough, Enough?
AFSI Statement.
Since the signing of the Oslo accords - AFSI and AFSI supporters, as well as a multitude of other right-minded and clear-headed thinkers, have cried "Enough is enough". For the past twenty years, after inviting Arafat and his cronies to set up shop in the Jewish heartland -- Judea and Samaria -- we have witnessed the despicable and the indescribable: buses blown up, suicide attacks against pizzerias, nightclubs and supermarkets, missiles shot at Israeli civilians, shootings, stabbings, kidnappings, car rammings, stones as deadly as bullets, and harassment of Jews at religious sites.
Yesterday was witness to another incredibly heinous crime - the murder of two Jewish parents in front of four of their young children. And the reaction of the "Palestinians"? Joy and elation… And what was the reaction of the US and the EU? We need calm on both sides. ON BOTH SIDES?
Benjamin Netanyahu told the United Nations General Assembly in New York he would re-start negotiations "immediately" and "without pre-conditions", but that the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas was not interested.(The PA and Mahmoud Abbas have not uttered a word to condemn the murders. Fatah, which is still major part of the PA government, has praised the murders.)

The League of Nations did nothing to reinforce its original “Palestinian Mandate” resolution, which allocated the entireland of Palestine, including trans-Jordan, as Eretz-Israel -Land of Israel. It made no effort to prevent and even facilitated the Holocaust! The United Nations, since its conception in January 1946, has been following the footsteps of its predicator, dedicated most of its resolutions, over 50% of them, to delegitimise Israel, and facilitate its destruction by hostile Arab/Muslim states. So much for the organisationwhich had plagued to treat with respect the sovereignty of all nations, but obviously not the Jewish one!
Here We Go Again!
Last Tuesday, a rocket was fired towards the city of Ashkelonfrom Gaza and was intercepted by an Iron Dome missile. Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon said that Israel is dealing with Gaza with a "carrot and stick" approach. (Obviously it does not work!)
A ship carrying illicit arms believed to be from Iran was intercepted last week off the southern Arabian Peninsula by a member of a US-backed naval coalition and was not registered with any country. The ship was carrying 18 pieces of one type of anti-tank missile and 54 of another, as well as launchers and other equipment.
French telecoms giant Orange has invested in the Israeli start-up Hola, a video distribution network, just months after the CEO of the company said that he wanted to cut all business ties to Israel.
Earlier this summer, a fire broke out at the Church of the Multiplication (of the Loaves and Fishes) on the shores of theSea of Galilee. The perpetrators are believed to have been Jewish extremists, and the suspected arson made headline news around the world. Over this past weekend, the St.Charbel church in Bethlehem was similarly set alight, suffering even more extensive damage. Oh, but there weren’t any Jews involved? Christian Arab Father Gabriel Naddaf said that the church was burned down by “Palestinian extremists."Bethlehem today has a Muslim majority that plays host to groups such as Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
A female student, whose soldier cousin was murdered by terrorists, complained she was kicked out of class and sent home by a teacher who was slandering IDF soldiers as "murderers”. "I couldn't keep quiet and I had to answer and stand against the teacher and demand she takes it back. And in response? I was removed from the classroom and sent home from school. At an educational institution that teaches us - or at least is supposed to teach - about equality and differences of opinion, they teach me that IDF soldiers are 'murderers' and prevent me from even responding." (Jewish anti-Israel idiots only recognise pro-Arab and anti-Zionist freedom of speech!)
Abderrahmane Belayat, a former Algerian Minister of Urban Development and former head of the FLN party, is advocating using the nuclear threat to force the establishment of a Palestinian state. "We must obtain nuclear weapons," he urged. "Unless we have nuclear power, nobody will talk to us - not the English, not the Russians, not anybody." "When we have nuclear weapons, we will place them in the Tikdja (ski resort) or the Aures Mountains, and we will tell the Jews to leave Palestine." (He admits that Arab deliberately use civilians as ‘human shields’!)
As US President Barack Obama welcomed Chinese President Xi Jinping to the White House on Friday, Sept. 25, and spoke of the friendship between the two countries, the Chinese aircraft carrier Liaoning-CV-16 docked at the Syrian port ofTartus, ahead of a J-15 fighter squadron, accompanied by a guided missile cruiser. Beijing is not finding it hard to dance at two weddings, wooing the US for better relations, while at the same time backing Russia in its military intervention in Syria.
Netanyahu congratulates the legendary intelligence service for 'irreplaceable role' in securing Israel's existence. Netanyahu stressed the importance of the Mossad's work by reminding that "there is one clear rule: no one makes a pact with the weak." (Weakness begins with indecisive government which does not have a national vision or guts to implement it!)
Nearly one-third of American adults, if alive during the Holocaust, would refuse to shelter a Jew from the Nazis.(Many of them would eagerly participate, as their brethrens inEurope did, in anti-Semitic slaughter!)
Turning Water to Hummus Beer
Among the hills of Galilee in Northern Israel Beer made of chickpeas, dates and juniper berries. "It's a very Middle Eastern food," 52-year-old Bryan Meadan said of his gluten-free beer made with chickpeas, familiar to most through hummus and falafel. "Local beer with local products." (No doubt, soon Arabs will claim it as their own invention!)
Quote of the Week:
"Facing this changing world, Israel must be a superpower. Not just a regional power, but in some areas a world power. This only deepens and enhances our ability to leverage our relationships with officials in the region and with players outside this region." - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu - Superpowers powers and self-respecting states act with confidence and determination, disregarding views of thier enemies and opposition. Israel’s government has a lot to learn yet. Nice words do not work!

A top Islamic preacher has come up with an idea on how Muslim migrants can show thanks to Europe and America for taking them in: Breed and conquer.
Sheikh Muhammad Ayed ordered Muslims fleeing Iraq, Syriaand northern Africa to show the world what a fertile culture looks like.
“They have lost their fertility, so they look for fertility in their midst. We will give them fertility!” the imam said during a recent sermon at Jerusalem’s Al-Aqsa mosque, the Blaze reported Monday. “We will breed children with them, because we shall conquer their countries – whether you like it or not, oh Germans, oh Americans, oh French, oh Italians, and all those like you. Take the refugees!”
Secretary of State John Kerry said that the US will take up to 85,000 Syrian refugees over the next year and 100,000 by 2017
US intelligence agencies fear Europe's handling of the situation will allow national security threats to slip into Western nations with ease.
“House of War: Islam’s Jihad Against the World” conveys what the West needs to know about Islam and the violent, expansionary ideology that seeks the subjugation and destruction of other faiths, cultures and systems of government" - Internet quote.
“We shall soon collect them in the name of the coming caliphate. We will say to you: These are our sons. Send them, or we will send our armies to you,” Ayed said
The United Nations High Commission for Refugees, or UNHCR, tallies the number of displaced Syrians at 4,806,70 as of Sept. 17. (Approximately the same number as that of the enemy population Israel needs to remove from Jewish land!)
Islamization of the West in Progress
1) Increase Muslim Population in Europe: Sheikh Muhammad Ayed gave the speech at the Al-Aqsa Mosque inJerusalem claiming Europe was only welcoming refugees as a new source of labour. They (Europeans) wish that we (Muslims) were dead, but they have lost their fertility, so they look for fertility in our midst. 'We will give them fertility. We will breed children with them, because we shall conquer their countries.'
2) Claim Europe as Land of Islam: Saudi Arabia has offered to build 200 mosques in Germany to accommodate the wave of Muslim refugees there. The proposal comes amid growing accusations of hypocrisy directed toward the wealthy gulf nation and its neighbours for taking in few, if any. (Under Islamic law, any land which has a mosque build on it is claimable as the land on Islam!)
