ПОБЕДА И ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ ЛИКУДу

Victory or Last Warning to Likud
by Steven Shamrak
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu celebrated, what he called, a "major victory" in the last Israeli elections.
"Against all odds: a great victory for the Likud. A major victory for the people of Israel !" he wrote on his official Twitter account. Soon after the election exit polls were announced, Jewish Home Chairman Naftali Bennett called Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and congratulated him. "They agreed to begin accelerated negotiations for establishing a national government and working in cooperation for the security of the state of Israeland the nation of Israel ."
In a desperate last ditch moment before election Netanyahustated: "Anyone who is going to establish a Palestinian state, anyone who is going to evacuate territories today, is simply giving a base for attacks to the radical Islam against Israel. This is the true reality that was created here in the last few years."
This was enough for many Jewish voters to shake off a political apathy, like one of them told me "we have already seen this movie", and come out in support of Likud. Netanyahu must not forget why people voted for him this time. It could be the last time Jews of Israel believe in Likud!
Israeli voters had enough with continuous political deception and arrogance. They saw it in the name of the fake Zionist party, 'Zionist Union', created by veterans of political prostitution, who do not care about the future of Israel or the Jewish people, only their self-interests. Israelis have had enough of it! A new political movement is on the rise in Israel. It could be the last election when Likud and the anti-Zionist left were given final notice - serve your country, respect the ideals and aspirations of Jewish people Israel was created on or get lost!
Prior to the election, CNN presented a list of key issues Israelneeds to resolve. Here they are wit my comments:
1. Repairing relations with the United States - The US has the long history of patronizing the Jewish state and undermining its future. It would be prudent that the next President of the United States, no such expectation from Obama, to take steps to repair relations with "the best friend" of the US, because Israel has done its most to prove its true friendship to American people!
2. Confronting Iran - The existential danger for Israel from nuclear armed Iran is real! As any self-respecting independent state, Israel must do what is right for its people. There is nobody to rely on - just look how long it takes for 'advanced' democratic powers to deal with problems in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria - and with their deeply ingrained anti-Semitic attitude, the best Israel can hope is that they'll stay neutral on this issue when Israel take action!
3. Solving problems with Palestinians - The problem has artificially been created and fostered since 1947 by the United Nations and all 'Jew-loving' states, must be exposed as the anti-Israel ploy it is. The fake Palestinians were invented to discredit the legitimacy of the Jewish state! There are Zionist solutions to the problem - it is time for the government of Israel to start implementing them.
4. Addressing growing social inequality - For too long, the Arab-Israel conflict and Israel's security were used as an excuse by the governments of Israel to neglect internal economic and social problems, and the appalling inequality of Israeli society. By ending occupation of Jewish land by the enemies, Israel will be able to put more resources to build prosperity and social equality.
5. Reversing Israel's isolation on the world stage - International anti-Semites will never stop hating Jews! Only a strong, independent and self-assertive Jewish state will be able shut them down. It was seen after the "Six Day War" and the Yom Kippur war, when even traditional European anti-Semites had began respecting Jews. But it did not last long as Israel did not consolidate its victories, only squandered them under the pressure of its trans-Atlantic 'friend'!
Netanyahu Flip-Flopping Again!
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu only waited for the March 17 election results before sending his close adviser Nathan Eshel to Zionist Union leader Yitzhak Herzog with an invitation to join him in a new unity government headed by the two largest parties of which they are leaders. Herzog turned him down and preferred to remain leader of the opposition. The invitation was proffered notwithstanding Netanyahu's campaign vow not to share power with the left-leading Zionist Union.

Obama is not Presidential and is Vindictive Former US Ambassador to the UN John Bolton says the vote was a "stinging defeat" for President Obama that will make Iran far more nervous and probably lead to more appeasement from the US in nuclear negotiations. Obama also stands out on Wednesday as one of few Western leaders to not congratulate Netanyahu on Likud's victory. Secretary of State John Kerry conveyed his congratulations instead. "Yes, I think the president can't stand Bibi Netanyahu," Bolton said. "I personally don't think he can stand Israel , while we're on the subject. Not congratulating a democratically elected leader in a close ally of the United States, I just think is amateurish. It's not professional. It's not presidential. It's just petty."
Two days later, President Barack Obama finally called Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to congratulate him on his election win and used the moment to interfere into Israel 's internal policy again by reaffirming his commitment to the "two-state solution".
After years of blocking UN efforts to pressure Israelis and PA into accepting a lasting two-state solution, Obama is edging ( to vindictively blackmail Netanyahu, after his decisive re-election) closer toward supporting a UN Security Council resolution that would call for the resumption of political talks to conclude a final peace settlement, according to Western diplomats.
Food for Thought by Steven Shamrak
There are lessons to learn from the last week Israeli election:
1.    If the Likud party to remain a viable political power in Israel, its leadership - not just Netanyahu - must begin to listen and respect the wishes of its supporters and start implementing the Jewish National policies in coalition with other true Zionist parties.
2.    The fake 'Zionist Union' does not care about a Jewish future! There is a need to unmask the self-serving and pathetic Jewish politicians who think that appeasement of our enemies, Arabs and international anti-Semites, will make them like Israel and change their hateful nature.
3.    Jews in Israel are fed up with the rude Obamizational interference of foreign powers in the internal politics of the sovereign Jewish state! Friendship is welcome, but a genuine one and on an equal footing!
The American nonprofit OneVoice Movement is under scrutiny by a US Senate panel over possible links to a campaign to oust Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. As a recipient of almost $350,000 in recent grants from the Obama administration's State Department, it had violated its tax-exempt status when it began backing the virulently anti-Netanyahu Victory 15 campaign in Israel earlier that month.
Speaking to a delegation in Kuwait, Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah, the grand mufti of Saudi Arabia, called for the destruction of all churches in the Arabian Peninsula after legislators in the Gulf state of Kuwait moved to pass laws banning the construction of religious sites associated with Christianity. (This call was made by high-ranking representative of Saudi Arabia - the 'best friend' of President Obama!)
US President Barack Obama is "committed" to a two-state solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict. Kerry held talks with PA president Mahmoud Abbas, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Jordan's King Abdullah II on the Middle East peace process (Israel was excluded). The four leaders discussed creating an environment to push forward (force Israel) the peace process to reach a comprehensive and just peace in the region.(Is Obama "committed" to return South-Western US to Mexico orHawaii to Japan? They have more legitimate claims than the fake Palestinians on Jewish land, Eretz-Israel!)
Israel Needs to Learn from Egypt!
Egypt sacks 41 judges for 'supporting' Brotherhood - Disciplinary court orders their compulsory retirement accusing them of supporting outlawed group, state media reports. (There are many anti-Zionist judges in Israel that must be removed from their office!)
An annual security assessment presented to the US Senate by the director of National Intelligence, has excluded Iran and the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah from its list of terror threats to US interests, despite both being consistently included as threats in previous years.
Nearly 140 people were killed and 345 seriously injured in separate suicide bombing attacks at two mosques in Sanaa on Friday, the latest in recent turmoil that has rocked the Yemen city due to clashes between Islam's Sunni and Shia sects. (No international outrage!)
Quotes of the Week:
"What does it say about the President of the United States when he's more concerned about undermining and attacking the Prime Minister of Israel than he is standing up to the mortal threat a nuclear Iran poses?" - Sen. Ted Cruz, (R-Texas) - Just imaging what reaction/outcry in US would be if an Israeli PM tried to actively undermine an US presidential candidate!
The PLO council decided "to stop security cooperation in all its forms with the occupying power" which it urged to "take over full responsibility for the Palestinian people in the occupied State of Palestine, the West Bank, east Jerusalem and Gaza".
The move, which Palestinian Authority (PA) chairman Mahmoud Abbas has threatened several times to carry out over the past few months, comes as a response to Israel's decision to withhold the PA's tax revenues. The funds are being held back from the PA in retaliation for its moves to join the International Criminal Court (ICC). (and not paying its debts to Israel)
The PA submitted a UN Security Council resolution in December - which was voted down - calling for Israeli withdrawal from Judea and Samaria within two years, and in January joined the International Criminal Court, where they plan to press for war crimes against Israel .
Israel has in response frozen $127 million per month in tax revenues due the PA, rendering it unable to pay tens of thousands of employees and threatening its very existence.
PLO central committee member Mustapha Barghouthi said its decisions were binding on the PA "because it was the PLO which created it (the Authority) and which signed the Osloaccords". The decision spells "the end of the Oslo period, whichIsrael destroyed", he said.

Dear Friends, this independent editorial has been published since 2001. It is not sponsored by or affiliated with any government or political party. The aim is to present Jewish point of view on Arab-Israel conflict, propagates and motivates Jewish people and our true friends to uphold ideals and inspirations of true Zionism - Jewish National independence movement.
