Yet another Obama administration thrust in its campaign to stigmatize Binyamin Netanyahu and Israel came on Tuesday, March 24, as a pejorative leak to The Wall Street Journal, which reported: "Israeli intelligence was eavesdropping on closed-door nuclear negotiations between Iran and the US, then passing the classified information along to the US Congress."
However, the US officials being quoted conceded that Israel may have obtained information on the nuclear negotiations not by targeting US officials directly but by sweeping up their conversations with other parties targeted for surveillance, such as Iranian officials. (Even if it is true, what is wrong with informing the US Congress about traitorous intentions of the president? The nuclear negotiations between Iran are vital for the existence of the Jewish state and Israel has the right to obtain information about it by any means, especially when Obama is withholding and lying about it!)
The Wall Street Journal also reported: "The White House discovered the operation, in fact, when US intelligence agencies spying on Israel intercepted communications among Israeli officials that carried details the US believed could have come only from access to the confidential talks, officials briefed on the matter said." The Journal article reported that as secret talks with Iran progressed into 2013, US intelligence agencies "monitored Israel's communications to see if the country knew of the negotiations." "Mr. Obama didn't tell Mr. Netanyahu until September 2013." (Has anyone looked closely at the spy headquarters, sorry US embassy, in Tel Aviv?)
Members of Congress were both surprised by and dismissive of a Wall Street Journal story that the Israeli government spied on the US . More than a half-dozen lawmakers in both parties and chambers denied receiving such briefings from Israel . Some Republicans maintained that they have had to rely on other countries for information, suggesting it was the White House's own fault if their failure to brief lawmakers had them turning to leaks from foreign governments. Congress has repeatedly complained about not receiving adequate information from the administration on Iran . (It is not a secret that the US has been spying on Israel and has never apologized for it. Therefore, Israelhas not just the rights but the obligation, considering the history of the US government attitude toward the Jewish state, to look after its own security and gather information about the enemies and intentions of back-stabbing 'friends'!)
Conclusion: Obama is not interested in normalizing relationship with Israel!
PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas used the platform of the Arab League summit in Sharm el-Shekh, Egypt, this Saturday to attack his 'unity partner' Hamas, making a subtle call for the Arab states to take military action against the Gaza-based Muslim Brotherhood offshoot. Abbas's adviser on Religious and Islamic Affairs Mahmoud Al-Habbash, made similar remarks Just two days earlier. (Hamas and the PA signed a unity deal last April. They hate each other even more than Israel. Israel has nobody to negotiate peace with!)

In recent times, when the Zionist block wins an Israeli election, the 'Israel-friendly' press hysterically writes "Right-wing coalition under Netanyahu could isolate Israel and increase tensions with Palestinians". They never write and warn Israeli voters that "Left-wing coalition will betray aspiration of the Jewish people and the security of Israel"! With the re-election of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Obama is solidifying his anti-Israel stance by throwing a temper tantrum. For the first time in decades, Obama is threatening to vilify Israel at the hostile United Nations, putting the best interests of the United States and the Jewish state at risk...
The administration also is accusing Netanyahu of "marginalizing Arabs" after he made a last-minute campaign promise to reject a two-state solution. However, it ignores that the vast majority of Arab countries surrounding Israel refuse to acknowledge Israel's right to exist.
Obama's anti-Israel sentiment isn't new... Obama has been openly hostile to the Jewish state since taking office.
In 2009, Obama travelled to Egypt , where he later supported the Muslim Brotherhood's Mohammed Morsi, who eventually was ousted for being too extreme (in implementing Islamic rules inEgypt) . (Morsi openly referred to Jews as "descendants of apes and pigs.") Despite Israel being right next door to Egypt , Obama didn't visit the country as president until 2013.
In 2011, Obama called on Netanyahu to shrink his country back into indefensible 1967 borders. In April 2014, Secretary of State John Kerry warned if Israel didn't come up with a peace agreement that it would turn into an "apartheid state," a claim pro-Palestinian (anti-Semitic peanut farmer) President Jimmy Carter has been making for years.
